Banana Baobab Oatmeal

High in fiber, protein and Omega 3, banana baobab oatmeal recipeIngredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup steel cut oats
  • Pinch Himalayan Salt
  • 1 tbsp hazelnut butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or preferred sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Baobest Baobab Powder
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 large sliced banana
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds


  1. Bring water to a boil
  2. Add in the oats and bring the water to a boil, stirring occasionally
  3. Reduce temperate to low and simmer until the oats absorb the water, about 25 minutes
  4. Mix all remaining ingredients except the banana in a bowl then add your cooked oats and combine
  5. Top with raisins, hemp seeds and banana slices
