Vegan Baobab Mango Smoothie, a great summertime treatIngredients:

  • 2 slices Kiwi (for garnish)
  • 1 whole mango, peeled & chopped
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 2 tablespoons of Baobest Baobab Powder
  • 1 small banana, frozen
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk – Unsweetened Vanilla
  • 3 slices of mango (for garnish)
  • 4 slices of banana (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Blend fresh mango, frozen mango, baobab powder, almond milk and frozen banana on high until smooth
  2. Remove half of the mixture and place in the freezer
  3. Add spinach to the remaining mixture and blend again until smooth
  4. Add 1 cup of ice and blend for 30-seconds
  5. Poor the spinach/mango mixture in the plain mango mixture from the freezer
  6. Garnish with sliced mango, kiwi, banana, coconut and chia seeds
